Legacy One Realty Partners, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a private real estate investment firm. Our operational model is based on internal capital deployment, property acquisition, and strategic partnerships — not on public-facing product sales or general service packages.
This Refund Policy outlines how we handle payments, engagements, and any associated refund requests.
All client, partner, or vendor engagements are tied to one of the following:
Strategic consulting or capital structuring
Real estate acquisition or development projects
Investment-related administrative services
Joint ventures or private deal collaboration
These are non-tangible services delivered either internally or in partnership with private lenders, investors, or contractors — and are not eligible for standard consumer refunds.
Due to the customized, project-specific, and operational nature of our work,
all fees paid are non-refundable
once services have commenced or resources have been allocated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Project underwriting or due diligence
Real estate investment structuring
Capital access consulting or introductions
Internal property management setup
Partner onboarding or document preparation
In the rare case of a service issue or processing error, clients may submit a written request for review within 5 business days of the transaction or engagement.
All exception requests are evaluated internally, and resolution is at the sole discretion of Legacy One Realty Partners, LLC.
Capital contributed to real estate partnerships or private deals is governed by a separate contract (e.g., Joint Venture Agreement, Operating Agreement). These documents detail risk, return, distribution terms, and refund exclusions.
