We're Hiring: Project Managers/Acquisition Specialists

Be Part of the Team That Turns Distress Into Durable Wealth

At Legacy One Realty Partners, we don’t flip houses — we build legacy portfolios and transform communities. As we expand our Midwest presence, we’re looking for mission-driven, results-oriented operators who want more than a job — they want ownership, impact, and a real path to wealth.

The Role

As a Project Manager & Acquisition Specialist, you are the boots-on-the-ground dealmaker. You’ll source, analyze, and secure off-market opportunities, manage rehab timelines, coordinate contractor teams, and oversee the full transformation from "distressed to performing".

This is not corporate real estate. This is hands-on, high-equity, real-world investing.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and analyze off-market single and multifamily deals (especially 4–6 unit assets)

  • Run rehab budgets, contractor bids, and scope alignment

  • Manage rehab timelines and contractor accountability

  • Oversee stabilization phases: from acquisition to rent-ready

  • Use real estate to build wealth — not just clock hours

Who We’re Looking For

  • Hungry for ownership, not just a salary

  • Obsessed with equity, margin, and operational excellence

  • Understands the BRRRR strategy and wants to scale with it

  • Has a bias for action and high-integrity leadership

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, values-driven environments
